Growing up in an Italian community, and being exposed to true ethnic cuisine, Chef Lucky knew early on that he would be preparing sweet treats and good eats for many years to come.  

Under the original instruction of his Grandmother, Chef continued his education at Johnson & Wales University, Rhode Island, graduating as a Pastry Chef.  In addition to his acclaimed title of C.E.P.C.; Certified Executive Pastry Chef, Chef Lucky has showcased his talents in forums such as The Waldorf Astoria, Madison Square Garden, Presidential Inaugurations and Chelsea Piers.

During his most recent years as a Pastry Chef & Culinary Instructor in Hartford, Chef was the recipient of several awards and was personally asked to prepare cuisine for the Escoffier Society, The Armed Forces and The Dr. Seuss Museum.
